Gridwise (“we”) runs learnexcelquick.com. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google.
• Learning progress: lessons completed, practice results, streaks and settings, so they follow you across devices.
• Billing: payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and a customer ID; we never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

How we use it

To run your account, save your progress, process your subscription, send sign-in links and important service emails, and keep the service secure. We don’t sell your data and we don’t run third-party advertising trackers.

• Google Fonts (web fonts)
• Google (only if you choose Google sign-in)

Your choices

You can export or delete your account data at any time by emailing learnexcelquick-support@googlegroups.com. Without an account, progress stays only in your browser’s local storage.
